KnownBench is a bench and matching service that connects companies with Workday consultants they have already worked with, or who have been vetted onto the registry. KnownBench introduces and facilitates these connections. It is not a staffing agency, is not the employer of record for any consultant, and does not guarantee that any introduction, match, or fit score will result in an engagement or hire.
Access to talent and company accounts is currently by invitation. We may change, pause, or end invitations at any time.
Talent and company accounts are each responsible for keeping their own profile, role, and engagement information accurate and up to date. We rely on this information to run matching and to show it to the other party, so misrepresenting it undermines the point of the registry.
Don't use KnownBench to misrepresent your identity or credentials, to scrape or bulk-export other users' data, or to circumvent the invite-only access controls.
KnownBench owns the site, product, and underlying software. You own the profile and engagement information you submit; we use it only to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy below.
KnownBench is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy of any profile, match, or fit score, and we aren't a party to any engagement, contract, or hire that results from a connection made through the platform.

Solely to operate the bench and matching service: to show relevant profiles and matches to the other party, to track engagement and re-engagement windows, and to respond to walkthrough and invite requests. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party outside of running the service itself.
Account and profile data is stored with our infrastructure provider, Supabase, behind access controls that restrict each account to its own data (and, where applicable, data from parties you're actively engaged with).
KnownBench does not currently use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking scripts.
We keep account and profile data for as long as your account is active. To request that your data be removed, email hello@knownbench.com and we'll act on it directly.
